Especially in recent years, bilateral trade and investment cooperation between India and China have flourished and achieved remarkable results. The bilateral trade volume between the two countries will reach US$139.4 billion in 2023, and China has been Indonesia's largest trading partner for 11 consecutive years. Last year, China invested US$7.4 billion in Indonesia, continuing to remain Indonesia's second largest source of investment. As of the first quarter of this year, China's investment in Indonesia reached US$1.87 billion, and Hong Kong's investment in Indonesia reached US$1.89 billion.
